Shipping Policy

We aim to process and deliver your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining full transparency.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia: 7–12 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–18 business days

Total estimated delivery time: 8–18 business days depending on location.

Orders are shipped from our international warehouse and local fulfilment partners, depending on stock availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

All orders include tracking.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Pluffi Slippers is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to your order. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.


Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

All orders are considered fulfilled and responsibility transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the risk of loss, damage, delay, or misdelivery passes to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the package.

Pluffi Slippers is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the carrier.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows an order as delivered but the package has not been received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate.

If further assistance is required, please contact us at support@pluffislippers.com.au and we will assist where possible, however we do not guarantee replacement or refund in these cases.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Pluffi Slippers is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
