Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions outlined above.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
